A notification email for an order that has been abandoned is sent after days of starting the order. You may have ordered and abandoned one at the same time or abandoned one to choose another order. + How can I calculate how many miles I need? You can use the Miles calculator available on our site. + How do I earn my 5000 Free Miles? To earn your 5000 free miles just follow these simple steps:
  1. Sign up using your Facebook account. This gets you 1000 miles.
  2. Like our page on Facebook, and earn another 1000 miles.
  3. Share a deal you purchased on TMC on Facebook and earn 1000 miles.
  4. Give us a review on our website and receive another 1000 miles completely free.
  5. Give us a review on Facebook and get the remaining 1k miles, completing your 5000 free miles.
The progress bar in the upper right corner shows you how close you are to earning all of your 5000 free miles.Note that you can only use these miles once you have made a purchase from the Mileage Club website.

Questions regarding each of these steps are given below.
+ How do I earn 1000 free miles by signing up? All you need in order to sign up for TMC is a Facebook or LinkedIn account. You can login in using the Facebook or LinkedIn Button under the ‘Join the Club’ tab located in the top right of the page, or click on the 'Sign In' button on the top, and click on the Facebook or Linkedin button, or click on any deal, and click on one of the option links. + Do I like The Mileage Club’s Facebook page directly from Facebook to get 1000 free miles? No, you will not earn the 1000 free miles if you directly like us from Facebook. You will have to like us on Facebook by using one of the Like buttons on our site. Click on any Facebook like buttons on our website and we’ll be able to register your ‘like’. If done directly through Facebook, we cannot capture your like. + How do I share a deal I have purchased to earn 1000 free miles? Once you purchase a deal, you will be presented with a ‘Share this deal’ button on the page along with the confirmation of your purchase. Click this to share the deal on Facebook and your account will be credited with 1000 free miles to use on your next purchase. + Can I post a Feedback as a guest to earn 1000 free miles? No, you must be logged in from your Facebook or LinkedIn account in order to get the 1000 free miles after posting your feedback. While you can post feedbacks as a ‘Guest’, you will not be credited with the free miles this way. Note that 1000 free miles are only given for posting your first feedback and not for any subsequent entries. + Do I need to visit your page on Facebook to post a review or can I do it directly from the site (as in the case of liking the page)? In this case you’ll have to log onto Facebook, visit our page and post a review directly on the page (not through our website). After posting a review, you’ll get your 1000 miles within a week.

If you are still unable to log in send an email at sales@themilageclub.com, and our team will quickly resolve your issue. + I am not able to login using Facebook, why? If you are facing issues logging in with Facebook, check that you have entered your details correctly. If it still doesn’t log in, then send an email at sales@themilageclub.com.Our support staff will resolve the issue. + I am not able to purchase miles, why? Make sure that you have input your payment information correctly. If you have, try again in a little while – sometimes the servers are busy. If you still cannot purchase them feel free to contact our support staff at sales@themilageclub.com

Policies

+ I am located outside USA, how would you verify my order? As a USA based company, we are unable to verify Payments from overseas markets like Australia, England, Singapore, Hong Kong , among others. As part of our verification process and to safeguard your Identity from online fraud. We may need to have the customer scan a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a photo ID, and email us. We understand this might cause an inconvenience, but we do appreciate greatly your cooperation in helping us fight online fraud. + Are you associated or affiliated with any of the airlines listed? No we are not, we are independent mileage brokers. + Is it legal to buy miles from sources other than the airlines? Yes. However, in the interest of full disclosure, it is against airline policy. + Do you transfer United Miles? Orders for United miles submitted on Fridays after 2 pm will be processed the next business day. + Can I buy miles for a Coach ticket, domestic or international? Typically, miles are best used for international First and Business Class tickets. However, certain domestic routes in Coach sometimes work out cheaper than the online travel sites, so yes, you may buy miles for Coach, Domestic, and International. + How many miles can I buy? You may buy any number of miles from us, as many times as you wish, unlike the airlines, which have limits on the number of miles you are allowed to purchase within a calendar year. + What mileage increments can I buy? Miles can only be transferred in denominations of 1000. + How long does it take for the miles to appear in my account? Miles normally post the same day for most airlines, but at times may take up to 72 hours. [Singapore Air, Cathay Pacific, and All Nippon take 24-72 hours to post (Monday-Friday). Miles do not post on weekends.] + Can I cancel my order and reverse the miles? All transfers are final. Miles, once transferred, cannot be reversed, So please be sure before you place the order. + While the transfer is in progress, if I lose the airline seat, are the miles rendered useless? No, the good news is that you can use the miles for a future trip. + Why do you do Orders Verifications? As part of our verification process and to safeguard your identity from online fraud, you will receive a call from us to authenticate the order placed with us. Please note even though we may have a credit card payment approval from you, without a phone authentication, you order will not be completed. We reserve the right to void/cancel an order if we are unable to verify your Phone number and address associated with the billing address. We do appreciate your cooperation in helping us fight online fraud. + Can I buy Miles for a 3rd party? Sorry, the buyer's name should match with the credit card holder. + How do you manage Online Fraud? We report all fraud to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/.
