Frequent flyers normally prefer to fly with one airline only. Traveling with one airline means you don’t have to fly all the time. You can still collect miles through other different activities apart from flying. This week we have listed the top five airlines for frequent flyer traveling based on the nominations of people.

JetBlue

On the first number is JetBlue and we are not surprised that it made it on this list. JetBlue was launched in 1998 and since then til today, it has earned a large following of loyal customers because of its remarkable on-board services and the frequent flyer program. The airline operates all over the United States and also operates in destinations across South America and Central America. The frequent flyer program of JetBlue is really good and it never expires. The flights operate from regional and smaller airports too.

Southwest Airlines

Southwest Airlines are the world’s second largest economical airline. It operates all over the US and across 85 US destinations and Puerto Rico. Located out of Dallas, Southwest is famous for its affordable airfares. Southwest airlines are popular among its customers not only for the low-cost airfare but also for its frequent flyer programs. The airline has many kinds of frequent flyer programs which makes traveling easy for the passengers. Apart from the great flyer programs, the customers are highly satisfied with the seating, flexible flights and high-class services offered on the flight. If you ask us if Southwest Airlines is the most luxurious airline, our answer will be No – but they sure are economical, flexible and available.

Alaska Airlines

Alaska Airlines serves in more than 90 destinations across the US, Mexico, Hawaii and Canada. Based in Seattle, the airline is responsible for operating flights to Alaska from the different states of the US. Alaska Airline flies independently and is not a part of any airline alliance. British Airways

British Airways is the most popular airline in the UK; in fact, it is the largest British airline and also a main international air carrier. Many of the airlines in this list are based in the US but British Airways is located in London is also the part of the OneWorld Alliance Airlines. In 2011, it merged with Iberia Airlines and became one of the world’s biggest airlines. If you travel with any airline of the Oneworld alliance partners, you get qualifying points for it. British Airways is popular among its customers for its frequent flyer programs. They offer world class in-flight services with on-board amenities for passengers traveling internationally and domestically.

Delta Airlines

Delta Airlines is the most surprising entry in the list of top five. Located in Atlanta, it is the world’s largest airline if you count it in terms of passengers flown or the fleet size. Similar to British Airways, Delta Airline operates in all 247 destinations; it is also a member of the Skyteam Alliance. Delta has a massive size of the fleet and it has a love-hate relationship with its customers. Being a part of the Skyteam Alliance if you fly with any other airline, you can still earn the points of Delta Airlines. The miles from Delta Airlines never expire and can be used for anything like free tickets, upgrades and much more.
