Airlines constantly try to outdo their competitors by improving the flying experience for their passengers. In their quest to become the Top Gun in the skies, airlines are improving all the time. Below are listed the best airlines of 2015.

1.Qatar Airways

In its short history, Qatar Airways has grown rapidly; it now provides passage to more than 140 locations around the globe offering unparalleled services. Its excellence has earned it numerous awards. Qatar’s network now spans leisure and business destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, North and South America.

2.Singapore Airlines

A very respected brand in air travel, Singapore Airlines provides one of the best in flight services. Its first class outstrips most of its competitors. It has been the recipient of the ‘World’s Best Cabin Crew Service’ by the Business Travel Asia –Pacific awards for 23 years running.

3.Cathay Pacific Airlines

Cathay Pacific was voted the Airline of the Year in 2014 and its record of 4 ‘World’s Best Airline’ awards is more than any other airline. A member of the one world global airline alliance, the Cathay Pacific Group (which includes Air Hong Kong and Dragonair) has more than 150 aircraft which travel to 130 destinations.

4.Turkish Airlines

Upon establishment in 1933, Turkish Airlines had a very modest fleet of only 5 aircraft. Since then it has grown to 261 aircraft which fly to more countries in the world than any other airline – 105 countries in 5 continents and a total of 243 cities.

5.Emirates

When it was founded in 1985 it operated just 2 aircraft out of Dubai. Now it is one of the most globally recognized airlines with a fleet of 230 aircraft which fly to over 140 destinations in more than 80 countries. It has one of the largest Airbus (A380s) fleet in the world.

6.Etihad Airways

It is a relatively young airline having been founded in 2003. However, it still rubs shoulders with the best of the world despite its age. The airline flies to destinations in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australia and boasts an impressive fleet which includes 117 Airbus aircraft.

7.Ana All Nippon Airways

This Japanese carries was the 13 largest airline in the world by revenues in 2013. It has a long history as it was founded in 1952 and now its routes encompass 72 international routes and 115 domestic ones. Its fleet of 240 aircraft is impressive as is its service.

8.Garuda Indonesia

The national airline of Indonesia and it has the youngest average age of aircraft fleet in Asia. As of December 2014, its aircraft’s average age was a mere 4.02 years. It fully deserves its place in the best airlines of 2015 due to its immaculate in-flight service and fleet.

9.Eva Air

The second largest Taiwanese airline, it operates flights to over 40 international destinations. It is a member of the Star Alliance.

10.Qantas

A major Australian airline, it has good service and flies to a decent number of destinations.
